Where We Ship From

All orders are dispatched from Attica, Greece.

Delivery Times

Attica: 1–2 working days
Rest of Greece: 2–3 working days
Cyprus: varies by destination
EU & international: depends on destination — estimate shown at checkout

Times are estimates and may shift due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or customs hold-ups.

Greece

Attica: €3 up to 2 kg, then €1 per additional kg
Rest of Greece: €3.50 – €5 up to 2 kg, then €1 per additional kg
Free shipping over €150
Cash on Delivery: +€2.50 (Greece only)

Cyprus

Cost shown at checkout — free shipping over €200

EU & International

Calculated at checkout. For non-EU destinations, any customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility.

Couriers

Your order ships via ACS Courier, Box Now, or ELTA. You'll get a tracking number by email when it's dispatched.

Choose the locker that suits you best.
Continue to checkout.
Select BOX NOW Locker as your delivery method.

If Something Goes Wrong in Transit

Your parcel is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it's lost, damaged, or doesn't arrive, contact us at info@melittaofficial.com — see Something Wrong with Your Order? in our Refund Policy.

If We're Running Late

Delivery should normally take no more than 30 days. If something on our end causes a significant delay, we'll let you know, and you can cancel for a full refund. We're not liable for force majeure delays, but we'll keep you informed.
